Shipping is free on every US order. No minimum, no code needed.
Most orders arrive within about one week — occasionally up to two weeks during busy periods. Where a product page notes a faster timeline — our microcurrent device arrives within 3 to 7 days — that timeline applies.
You will receive a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking link as soon as your order ships. We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Our 30-day guarantee
Take 30 days. Build the ritual into your evenings, use your device consistently, and see how you feel. If it is not right for you, we will refund your order in full.
How to start a return
- Email support@lumessa.co within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return — a sentence is plenty.
- We will reply within one business day with simple return instructions.
- Once your return is received, your refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to appear.
30-day guarantee
Every Lumessa device is covered by a 30-day guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. If your device stops working as it should within the first year, email support@lumessa.co with your order number and we will repair or replace it. Normal cosmetic wear and accidental damage are not covered.
